Most roofing contractors offer every product under the sun depending upon what is on sale today.  At Restoration Roofing, we believe in partnering only with the best manufacturers based on the following criteria:

Do their products perform in Colorado’s extreme climate?

• Many products will work fine at lower elevations or in climates without our wide temperature swings, but put them on a roof in Colorado and it is a whole different story.
• 30+ years of commercial roofing experience in Colorado has taught us which products work and which ones do not.

Do their products have track records as long as their warranties?

• We are not looking to install “new and improved” systems which usually means “new and unproven”. We will not make you part of a manufacturer’s grand experiment to find out if their products will work.

Do they stand behind their warranties?

• We only partner with manufacturers who have proven they will honor the terms of their warranty rather than look for a way to get out of the warranty. What has your last warranty done for you?
