CHALLENGES

• Worried about reflection from a white roof into windows of neighboring condominiums
• Need extra insulation and hail resistance

RESTORATION ROOFING SOLUTIONS

• Install 2” foam insulation & 1/4” Densdeck gypsum board
• Install tan Duro-Last membrane for less reflectivity, custom-fit flashings and new 7” gutter.

SUCCESS

• Little disruption to customers
• Leaks eliminated
• Gained an extra R-12 insulation value
• Gained UL Class A fire rating and Class 4 severe hail resistance rating
